Damages and issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
