Pack the item securely and include a copy of your original receipt or
proof of purchase
Place the return-shipping label provided to you on the outside of the package. Ensure the label is visable for carriers.
Ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
