Return & Exchange Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
- Clearance or final sale items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item).
Damages & Issues:
Inspect your items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. Our team will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your funds, contact us at sales@findway.ca.
Exchanges:
For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the replacement.

To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1
Fill out the contact forum below to connect with our customer service team to request a return authorization
number
Step 2
Pack the item securely and include your original receipt or proof of purchase
Step 3
Place the return-shipping label provided to you on the outside of the package. Ensure the label is visible for carriers.
Step 4
Please drop off the package at the carrier as instructed. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-5 business days.
